I have recently started Aikido with sensai Brian and I will never turn back!
I have low self-esteem and am not very confident but I am growing with every lesson.
I have given all my confidence into Brian and trust him with my life.
I know that when I walk down the street I will have a way of protecting my-self.
I am shy but I have learnt that I should be a kitten but a tiger when needed.
I dont have much to say apart from a great big thank you to sensai Brian, His son and daughter. I would recomend Aikido to any body and shall pass on the word about how great it is
    Thank you =)

It is *so* great to have one of Brian’s students drop by and say hi. Thank you Charlie.

I’ve made several positive changes in my life as well including self-esteem and it’s all thanks to Brian and his teaching.

    Hi Charlie,
If you visit here often, you’ll gain a lot of wisdom from Marc, too. I have problems with my self esteem, but have learned that having the honesty to admit it and to be open to what life and others have to teach me is a huge step forward.

Good quote, Marc! Glad we’re travelling this part of the road together.
