I have low self-esteem and am not very confident but I am growing with every lesson. I have given all my confidence into Brian and trust him with my life. I know that when I walk down the street I will have a way of protecting my-self. I am shy but I have learnt that I should be a kitten but a tiger when needed. I dont have much to say apart from a great big thank you to sensai Brian, His son and daughter. I would recomend Aikido to any body and shall pass on the word about how great it is Thank you =) I have recently started Aikido with sensai Brian and I will never turn back!
