Thank you. Still flowing. Thank you for your support through my laptop and AOL crash. The effects are still hitting me daily but the less I resist, the more I'm just flowing on, doing what I'm meant to be doing.

Now look what you've gone and made me think of...

Spoon boy: Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth.
Neo: What truth?
Spoon boy: There is no spoon.
Neo: There is no spoon?
Spoon boy: Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself. ~ From The Matrix

So, have we watched way too many films?

Thanks for sharing that quote Janice, I really like that one reminds me of Bruce Lee's

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend.

Be water my friend.

Nothing in the world is softer and weaker than water.
But for attacking the hard and strong, there is nothing like it!
For nothing can take its place.
That the weak overcomes the strong, and the soft overcomes the hard,
This is something known by all, but practiced by none. ~ Lao Tzu.

I guess Aikido Masters get closer than most! Thanks, Marc.
